Drink It Green

I always start my day with a glass of green juice or smoothies, depend on what i have on hand that day. Usually consist of veges and fruits. Yesterday i cut out one big papaya, and ended up resting some on my fridge. So, I'm thinking why don't make it into smoothies?

Ingredient : (2 serving)
2 cups / half of frozen papaya
1 handful of spinach
Half of an orange
ice cubes

Instruction :
Place all of the ingredients in the blender and let it mix well.
It may takes 45 seconds to 1 minutes until you get the creamy thick consistency.


                                                                    Time to blend, blend... :)

                                           
Papaya will give it a creamy and thick consistency, of course you can swap it with bananas if you like.
And it doesn't need any sweetener, cause papaya and orange itself already sweet. Isn't it healthy?



Now I'll just eat the rest half of the orange.
What a great way to start your day with a healthy breakfast. Not only it tastes great and also keep you full with a lot of nutrition.
Small changes mean better life. :)
