10 HEALTHY RECIPE IDEA FOR VALENTINE'S DAY

Nothing says "I love you" more than surprising your other half with a beautiful homemade breakfast, especially those that served in bed. Here are 10 ideas to get you ready to impress your lover.



1. RED VELVET MORNING PANCAKE

Ingredients:
- 1 cup of gluten free oat flour.
- 1 tbsp coconut sugar.
- 2 tbsp baking powder.
- 1/8 tsp salt.
- 1/2 cup of beetroot juice
- 1/2 cup of non dairy milk
- 1/4 cup of flax egg (flax seed mix with water).

Direction:
1. Combine all the dry ingredients in a bowl.
2. Add the soy milk and beetroot juice into the mixture and mix until smooth.
3. Heat up a your pan and spoon the batter mixture into the pan.
4. Flip carefully when bubble in the middle of the pancake are looking stiffened.
5. Repeat until batter is gone. (And try not to eat them while you're cooking, just saying :D )
6. Top with some buckwheat kernel, chocolate sauce and enjoy!


2. STRAWBERRY MUFFIN.

Maybe you are not huge friend of chocolate, don't worry we're still friend. I got you covered. These lovely strawberry muffin will show your love on this lovely day. 

Ingredients:
- 2 ripe banana.
- 2 tsp flax seeds.
- 2 tsp chia seeds.
- 1 cup wholemeal flour.
- 1/4 cup light packed brown sugar.
- 1 tbsp baking powder.
- 1 tbsp baking soda.
- 1/4 cup almond milk.
- 1/4 cup cut up fresh strawberries
- Topping : strawberry jam

Direction: 
1. Preheat the oven to 180 degree, 
2. Mix flax seed and chia seeds in water and let it thicken up about 5 mins. 
3. Mash 2 ripen banana and mix in the flax and chia eggs. Stir to combine. 
4. In a separate bowl, combine all the dry ingredients.
4. Combine the dry ingredients and wet ingredients then mix well. 
5. Slowly add the almond milk and the cut up fresh strawberries until fully combined. 
6. Scoop in the muffin tin or muffin cases.
7. Bake for 25 mins. 
9. After finished baking, let it cool before removing from the tin/cases. 
10. Top it off with some strawberry jam. Enjoy!


3. DONUTS WITH CHOCOLATE ALMOND COCONUT SPRINKLE.

4. ACAI BOWL

Maybe you have been scrolling through instagram and drooling over some beautiful acai bowl. I got your feeling and I am gonna show you how you can make your own.

Ingredients:
- 1 ripe banana
- 1 tbsp dried freeze acai powder.
- 1/2 cup frozen strawberries.
- 1/2 cup frozen blueberries.
-1.2 cup frozen blackberries.
- 1/2 cup unsweetened almond milk.

Direction:
1. In a blender, puree all the ingredients until a thick smooth mixture.
2. Top with any fruit, nut, seed, granola, coconut flakes or anything you like.
3. Be creative and enjoy!


5. CACAO NICE CREAM
