Craving? Hungry? HEALTHY SNACK!

Craving for something sweet? Or starting get hungry on midnight?

Are you eating some chips or fries?
Okay, you should stop it right now!
All those are totally not healthy at all!



Here we are!! FROZEN GRAPES!
Just pop some of grapes in the freezer, it will be very great snack.

I love it so much!! It was best snack ever, and it's very healthy.
A cup of grapes (100 gr) only 69 calories. So, you totally can eat them a lot. 

Advantage of grapes: 
- Grapes are good sources of vitamin A, C, K B-complex vitamins such as pyridoxine, riboflavin, and thiamin and also full of potassium. 
- Grapes are full of anti-oxidant, anti-inflammatory,  that prevent heart disease, reduces stroke risk, prevent free radical damages
- Studies shows that grapes play a role in longevity and may provide us with anti-aging benefits.

Another alternative is An apple a day, keep the doctor away!!
That's right, APPLE!
I like to eat it with some peanut butter. (guilty pleasure)
It was so great, sweet and salty at the same time, i enjoyed it a lot.

                                         I cut it into small pieces makes it feels like a potato chip 

Isn't it great? Freeze it now, and enjoy it. 
Eat clean, live clean. :)
