INSTANATURAL : INSTANT GLOW REMEDY

Well hey there, I haven't seen you guys in a while!

But I'm back again after been absolutely the worst content creator ever. No excuses really but I am just have been super busy of travelling, work and basically life.

First thing I am back with is my summer skincare routine. I have recently switched up my routine after I came back from Europe. My skin has been getting really dry and I also had some mini breakouts. It may have been caused by the weather changes as it was as dry as the desert on the plane.

After browsing through some beauty item from iHerb which is where I always get my healthy and natural products within an affordable price range, I found my new favorite skincare products. I am even beyond excited when iHerb asked me if I wanted to collaborate to share my favorite skincare on this blogpost.

As I am trying to incorporate more natural products, not only into my diet but also my beauty regime, I came across InstaNatural products. After reading many good reviews online, I am beyond excited and intrigued by the whole approached of the company where all the items are made with natural and organic ingredients, and that none of its products contain parabens. They also carry a wide variety of skincare that targets different skin properties, such as anti-aging, acne prone skin, whitening and dry skin.

So I hooked myself up with a full range set of InstaNatural products and decided to try them all out. I think I got a pretty wide variety and I will share some of my best picks with you guys.

Let's start with my morning routine!

Normally I wake up and the first thing I do if I wake up early enough is my morning workout. After getting my sweat on, I'll jump in the shower and wash my face using the InstaNatural Glycolic Cleanser. It contains Glycolic Acid, cucumber extract, organic chamomile and green tea extract which cleanses my skin but at the same time is moisturising without stripping my face. I normally will lather it up with my sponge and then massage it to my face in a circular motion then rinse it off with cold water.

After I’m out of the shower, I quickly apply the InstaNatural Hyaluronic Serum. It contains an anti-aging formula to help fight wrinkles with natural ingredients like Vitamin C, antioxidant green tea, jojoba oil as well as moisturising properties and aloe vera to promote healing. It is so light which I prefer for my morning skincare. I normally apply the serum and roll it out with my little jade roller. It really soothes my skin, especially when the jade roller is cold from storing it in my freezer - it really helps to give a cool tightening sensation.

I then continue with the InstaNatural Youth Express Eye Gel. This lightweight eye cream says it will reduce the appearances of wrinkles by boosting collagen production with an ingredient called Matrixyl 3000, amino acid, hyaluronic acid and other plant stem cells. Prevention is always better than healing, so I am now starting my anti-aging routine as I am now already in my mid 20s.

I always envy people who are naturally blessed with long, luscious and gorgeous eyelashes but sadly I am totally not one of them. I have been on the hunt for a good natural eyelash serum and I was excited when I came across the InstaNatural Eyelash Enhancing Serum. It claims to give visible length and thickness to lashes by applying the serum twice a day. I have been using it for past week, so I haven't seen massive changes but I will continue my journey and let you guys know how my experience goes. I may also use it in my eyebrows since they also need a little help. I mean why not right?

Finally, I will finish it up using the InstaNatural Youth Express Night Cream. I know it may sounds daunting to use night cream in the morning but believe me this cream works wonders especially if your skin tends to sit in an air conditioned room all day long like I mine does. It contains Niacinamide, Matrixyl scythe , Vitamin C and Rosehip oil which helps to promote healthy collagen production and nourish the skin for a soft and youthful glow which everybody wants.

Moving on to my night time skincare routine.

My night skincare routine usually starts once I am ready to go to bed and step into the shower. I don't normally wear makeup during the day, but I will always try to remove some dirt residue that has been built up from the day by warming up some coconut oil and massaging it into my face. The steam from the shower helps opens up my pores and pull out all impurities. Then I will continue with double cleansing.

Once I step out of shower, I will pile InstaNatural Niacinamide Serum on my face. It contains Hyaluronic Acid, Vitamin E, Avocado Oil and Rosemary Extract. The serum feels very lightweight when putting on my skin and leaving it feeling fresh and moisturised. It does not make my skin feel oily and it's great for removing redness from skin irritation. The instructions say to use it with a cotton pad but I tend to rub it on to my face and start massaging my face and neck with my facial tool. I recently got this new tool which is my current favorite as it helps the moisturizer you put on your skin absorb better, also it kinda works as a facial lifting tool!

Once I am done with my eyelash and eye serum, I will lock all the moisture in by using InstaNatural Retinol Moisturiser. It was designed to reduce blemishes, hyper-pigmentation and wrinkles with retinol, however it is still moisturising with natural antioxidants like hyaluronic acid, safflower seed oil and green tea extract. It also helps to remove damaged skin cells faster so the skin become smoother and more radiant. In addition, retinol also helps to reduce pore clogs which I need because my skin tend exposed with sun and highly polluted air.

That is basically my complete updated skincare routine. I have been using InstaNatural products for weeks now and I am loving it so far as it totally works on my skin.

I love the belief behind the company of using all natural ingredients with no parabens, sls/sles, mineral oil or any harmful ingredients. Most importantly that they are also cruelty free and their products are never tested on animals.

There may be a lot of natural beauty products out on the market but InstaNatural is definitely one of my top favourites with its affordable price range.

Summer Routine

Summer is here! It's the first time I could really say that, since I live in this kinda humid country. But I have been travelling to China for past couple of weeks (blog is coming up soon), I could definitely felt the heat.

I really enjoy summer, especially the fact that sun is up so early in the morning and it just felt nice, I almost wish it's summer all year around. I've always been a morning person, waking up early, start my morning spotify playlist, prepare my morning fuel, workout, and start my day. But having extra hours in the morning is even better means I got more things done and I can have some me time in the morning.

TIME SAVING SKINCARE : BIORE MAKEUP REMOVER

Ever since I've always home very late at night, I've been loving the product that can help me speed up my night time skincare routine. I'm not sure if i have mention this product before or not, but i wanna dedicate this product a good rave.

REVIEW: ODEON FACE AND BODY SCRUB

When it comes to body, I find myself being really lazy these days to take care of my own body like moisturize or exfoliating them. But I find when I get to wear shorts and shows my skin, I would like my skin to looks better. So, few months ago as I walked in the body care aisle I picked up Odeon Face&Body Scrub with Papaya and Cucumber. I never heard this brand before I think I can make a try.

REVIEW :QUEEN HALENE MINT JULEP MASQUE

If you've been following me for a while, you will know that I'm a sucker for all skincare products. For me, I tend to splurge more money on skincare because I believe that having great skin is the key for for great makeup and also you're going to spend less money on other products. But also there are a few drugstore products that I believe have magic and I have been using on regular basis. For instance is this Queen Helene  Mint Julep Masque. OMG! I'm just gonna throw it out there, this is the miracle and I'm obsessed!

I have heard a lot of people talking about this product for such a long time, but I just couldn't get my hand on drugstore around me until I visited Singapore last month and I was so thrilled and I immediately just grabbed it and put it in my basket. I couldn't handle my excitement so I went home and tried it right after.

It comes in thick green paste with a subtle mint smell which I loved. I rub it all over my face and let it dry. It has minty cooling effect that helps freshen my skin.When it gets harden, in which I probably looked like a freak (but that's the fun about face mask, isn't it?), I rinsed it off with lukewarm water and ended with a few splash of cold water to close my pore. I must say it works like miracle on my first try.

It's a great home acne treatment that helps dry up acne, clear blackheads and also tighten my pore. I had a big spot on my cheek and after using the mask, I can feel it instantly dry up the acne. It also helps brighten my skin so whenever I feel my skin feeling dull, I'll just slap it on. It's just a very relaxing thing for me like having a home spa treatment. I've been using it regularly 2-3 times a week for almost a month now, and I'm definitely loving it. Not to mention that it's cheap!

Any more skincare suggestion? Because I'm more that happy to try out new stuff! :)

REVIEW : GARNIER SKIN NATURAL 3 IN 1 WASH+SCRUB+MASK

I probably should have review this product long time ago because this has came along with me through my sad and happy times for the past years. Am I getting too deep in here?! Well, let's talk serious here, it's my holy grail skin care product! It's Garnier Skin Natural 3 in 1 Wash+Scrub+ Mask.

SUMMER FAVORITES FRAGRANCE : THE BODY SHOP SATSUMA BODY MIST

I love fragrances, but i get bored quite easily on them. So when I dropped in The Body Shop the other day, I spotted The Body Shop Satsuma Body Mist. I've tried it before,  finished it and moved on with other scents. But when I saw it, I kinda miss the scent and I couldn't help myself and bring it home with me.

Basically it smells of satsuma, very fresh and citrus-y. If you are a fan of citrus, you definitely gonna like it! The scent itself is very fresh and light. Not gonna lie, the scent fades very quickly. But I really like the scent of it and for the price is also cheap. Actually I even wanna put it on my little travalo spray bottle so I could smell like citrus all day long. Believe it or not, sometimes I even use it as a room freshener. It immediately lift my mood up and I feel so refreshed afterward.

Overall, I love this product! Kinda a little bit obsessed now, probably gonna pop into The Body Shop really soon to pick the Body Butter too!

BEAUTY RESCUE: OATMEAL

Many of my friend have been asking me what have saved my skin from acne, my answer is "OATMEAL"! Yup! As much as I like to consume it as breakfast in the morning, I also found the use for the skin. Now that sandals are back, I'm guessing no one would like to have their feet to be seen dry, rough, or fleky. Then it's the time for this product to help and rescue me. 

BFF WITH SUNSCREEN

Apparently sun has come to greet us and although it was nice to have sun these days, it was actually really bad to have sun pointing direct at us. UV ray is part of spectrum that reaches the earth from the sun. It's invisible to the naked eyes and classified as UVA and UVB. They both could cause some serious skin condition such as premature skin aging, eye damaging, and skin cancers. 

ALOE VERA PAMPER WEEKEND

Aloe Vera always be well known as friend in our life as food to skincare. Aloe Vera is aware of its healing virtues to treat skin ailments, burns and many others. It helps for wound healing and pain relieving such as sunburn and burns from hot utensils. It's even safe to use on children.
Aloe has a slippery gel texture which gives soothing effects to the skin. It contain chrysophanic acid which is highly effective in healing process. It usually found in many skincare to hair products. I also have aloe vera planted in my backyard that grew well and strong so I think it's time to put it on good uses.

PAMPER NIGHT WITH SANA KIRA LA RELA NIGHT MASK

We can all agree that Japanese women mostly have perfect skin, of course for a good reason. They seems to have a really good skincare product range and I'm totally buying it. Personally, I quite enjoy using a few product myself like this mask from SANA

REVIEW: HAZELINE WHITE&NATURAL LIGHTENING CREAM

I couldn't even know how to start telling about this cream. This product has been in my life for decades. I love it, it's been an on and off product (since there are so many temptation from other good product) but somehow always coming back to this. Perhaps on how wonderful it is, but honestly it was really good. I also forgot when exactly I started using this product until one day my mom told me that she used to put it on my face when I was a baby to reducing itchiness in my skin. I was like "Really?"  It should be really gentle because it even worked well in baby.

MY THOUGHT ON CLARISONIC MIA 2.

This thing is a total skin saver for me. When I suffered from acne last year, I was super devastated until I found this thing here. It totally change my life! Although it might cause some money, but for me it totally worth it!
