Outing with The Couple. #FOODMONSTER #FOODOVERLOAD

Last week, my brother's girlfriend was in town. She came to surprise my brother and also to spend some times with him since they're doing long distance relationship. Although the relationship was pretty new, they are so cute together. I like her, she's beautiful, nice and funny. So we hit up a few place and had so much fun.

RIPPED JEANS & LEATHER JACKET

I'm sure everyone has both these 2 item in their wardrobe, denim and leather jacket. They are the classic staple pieces for anybody. You just throw on and go with anything.

I was manage to keep my look pretty simple with a pink lacy top and dark wash denim. I literally cut my own denim jeans with some scissor and pull some string out of it. It was comfy and chic. Super appropriate for a flight. I was on my way back to Singapore and I thought it might get chill on the plan so leather jacket couldn't go wrong with that. My only concern is my shoes, I had to took off my booties when I went through the scanning. You wouldn't wanna have to take off your shoes and put it back on, it's very annoying.  I learnt my lesson.

This look is feminine with a touch of chic!

OVERNIGHT OATS!

I probably have mention that like thousand times, but I love breakfast! I never skipped a day without breakfast. I need food in the morning to keep my tummy fueled and my brain working. Since I have little time in the morning, I've been enjoying eating overnight oats in the morning. It's easy, quick and can be prepare ahead of times. I usually make it the night before so I can less likely worried about my breakfast in the morning.

There are many types of different ingredients that you might heard to this overnight oats. It depends on people's liking. For me, I like to use rolled oats, because it won't get overly soggy when it was soaked overnight. I also prefer soy/almond milk instead of regular milk. I just like the taste of it. For topping, you can go crazy with it! Anything from fruits to cracker, the choice are endless. I'd like to add a little bit of chia seeds for some extra boost of omega B3. Just put everything in a mason jar and put it in the fridge, and the next morning you get yourself a nice hearty and healthy breakfast, not to very time saving for people like me who constantly rushing in the morning. It even can be easily grabbed and go!

What's your favorite breakfast in the morning? Because I'm definitely open for suggestion!

LACE UP GRUNGE LOOK

I always adore people when they're wearing dark lips. I think they are bold, brave and just out there full of personality. As I was stocking up for my beauty dash at Sephora, I stumble upon some dark lips which a lot of them are pretty interest me. I tried a few color (which led me with red swollen lips from rubbing off the lipstick) and ended up with the most everyday wearable dark plum color. So, I decided to get it and put together what I called "Lace Up Grunge Look".

SWAG WITH COLOR

As I visited Kuala Lumpur last week, I get to play with my outfit quite a lot since I already have some of my stuff especially my clothes that I left at Malaysia before. I love dressing up every day so I get to challenge myself with fashion.I wanna express my style along the way, it's the new thing that I'm still learning. So, I think I would make a diary so that I could look back in future and see how much I grew up.

We even went to the same country for college, even though I ended up with the different college. It's nice to have our close friends around when you are in another different country. REVIEW : L'OREAL HAIR SPA NOURISHING TREATMENT

As my last post about hair said, I had quite damaged hair due to my hair color. I do have a few tips and trick to help maintain it in a healthy condition, check here. But I also have some help from some product that I've been trying for a while now and it works wonder so here it is. It's the L'oreal Hair Spa Nourishing Treatment.

I first heard about this product is from a saloon in my hometown. Every time I went for a hair spa or treatment, I took a peek at the product they used and I found that they used this. They put the product on to my hair and massage it for around half an hour which it feels really good. After that they will wrapped it up in a hot towel and let the product do their job. After rinsing off, It always leaves my hair feeling silky smooth. I really love the treatment. Usually I like to go once a months or so
But then it got mt thinking why wouldn't I just buy the product and do it myself at home. And yeah I did. I bought it and I tried it at home. Probably the only difference is the massage is not as good as the beautician at the saloon. But hey, it still works. Usually I used it once a week.

Ever since I dyed my hair again, my hair really could use some help and I have been using it every time I washed my hair. I have to admit now that I'm using it regularly I have skipped the whole hot towel thing. I just do a basic massage on to the scalp and leave it as long as I can. It leaves my hair feeling soft, smooth and manageable. I love this product and I also have recommended the product to my friends and they all love it. Apparently it works for all hair type.
Try it! And let me know what do you think?

BACK PAIN RESCUE

I have been suffering with back pain for quite a while now. I think it started when I joined a yoga class, crazy right? I think I was doing the wrong pose or something, but ever since my back pain have been hurting like hell. It's not a constant pain, but it's a frequent hurt. What I meant by that is sometimes it doesn't hurt but sometimes it hurts like hell. I remember back in the day that I used to asked my friends to help me with some back massage to relieve some pain.

NARS VELVET MATTE LIP PENCIL

As you guys most probably know, I am a lip product addict. And recently I've been loving red lips. I think it's bold, eye-catching and most importantly they look great on my face. Since I've been doing minimal eye makeup, I think red lips can finish it all off. I find it hard to find sometimes red lips are high maintenance, it could get on your teeth or it may easily smudges. Nars Velvet Matte Lip Pencil in Dragon Girl has saved my ass and make me loving my red lip more and more these days.

It's a lipstick in a jumbo crayon pencil form which makes it easier to apply. It has matte finished and very creamy texture. It also very long lasting and doesn't feel dry at all.  It also can be use as lip liner for the lipstick you wanna place on top.I can eat and drink with them and have no problem with it. The color still on, won't smudge but mostly I might touch up a little bit for more vibrant color. It definitely is very convenient for on the go touch up.

REVIEW :QUEEN HALENE MINT JULEP MASQUE

If you've been following me for a while, you will know that I'm a sucker for all skincare products. For me, I tend to splurge more money on skincare because I believe that having great skin is the key for for great makeup and also you're going to spend less money on other products. But also there are a few drugstore products that I believe have magic and I have been using on regular basis. For instance is this Queen Helene  Mint Julep Masque. OMG! I'm just gonna throw it out there, this is the miracle and I'm obsessed!

I have heard a lot of people talking about this product for such a long time, but I just couldn't get my hand on drugstore around me until I visited Singapore last month and I was so thrilled and I immediately just grabbed it and put it in my basket. I couldn't handle my excitement so I went home and tried it right after.

It comes in thick green paste with a subtle mint smell which I loved. I rub it all over my face and let it dry. It has minty cooling effect that helps freshen my skin. When it gets harden, in which I probably looked like a freak (but that's the fun about face mask, isn't it?), I rinsed it off with lukewarm water and ended with a few splash of cold water to close my pore. I must say it works like miracle on my first try.

It's a great home acne treatment that helps dry up acne, clear blackheads and also tighten my pore. I had a big spot on my cheek and after using the mask, I can feel it instantly dry up the acne. It also helps brighten my skin so whenever I feel my skin feeling dull, I'll just slap it on. It's just a very relaxing thing for me like having a home spa treatment. I've been using it regularly 2-3 times a week for almost a month now, and I'm definitely loving it. Not to mention that it's cheap!

Any more skincare suggestion? Because I'm more that happy to try out new stuff! :)
